Do we need a weekly meeting to use ClearAim?
No. ClearAim works without a meeting. Leaders reply to a short check-in email and the CEO reads a brief on Monday.
If you keep your meeting, it can start with decisions instead of a round of updates. ClearAim doesn't run agendas or meeting notes.
How is ClearAim different from ClickUp or Asana?
ClickUp and Asana are big project tools built for whole companies. ClearAim is a light task list for a leadership team, where every task can tie to a KPI, an outcome or a responsibility.
A weekly check-in email keeps it up to date for you. No kanban boards and no maze of custom fields.
Can leaders reply with just a line or two?
Yes. Bullets, fragments and one-liners are all fine. "Done: vendor calls, pick-list layout" is a complete reply.
ClearAim matches the reply to the leader's tasks and asks them to confirm anything it isn't sure about with one click. Every check-in also links to a short web form for anyone who prefers tapping to typing.
Can we change when check-ins go out?
Yes. The default is one weekly email late in the week, sent in each leader's own time zone. You can pick a different day and time, switch to daily, or use daily plus a weekly wrap-up.
The questions and reminder timing are editable too, for the whole company and for each leader.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. ClearAim uses the Anthropic API under commercial terms, and what we send is not used to train models. We send only what's needed to match a reply to the leader's own tasks, KPIs and outcomes.
Who sees what?
The CEO gets the dashboard and the Monday brief across the leadership team. Each leader has their own view: their position, responsibilities, tasks, KPIs and an upbeat recap of their own week.
Team members below the leadership team see their own tasks, their projects and their position. A coach sees a company only if that company turns on coach access.
Are points and badges required?
No. Points, streaks and badges are optional and off by default. The CEO can turn them on in company settings.
Points are personal to each leader. A team leaderboard is a separate setting, also off by default.
Can we start in the middle of a quarter?
Yes, you can start the day you sign up. Your first cycle is an onboarding cycle that runs to the end of the current quarter, and the CEO can close it out early.
The next full quarter is the first one that counts for trends, reviews and celebrations, so nobody starts behind.
Can team members below the leadership team use it?
Yes. You can invite team members who own tasks. Members see their own tasks, their projects and their position, while outcomes and KPIs stay with the leadership team.
Which email apps does it work with?
All of them. Check-ins are ordinary emails, so leaders reply from Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail or their phone, just like any other message. Each email includes a plain-text version and makes sense without images.
How much does ClearAim cost?
One flat price per company, not per seat, so adding a leader never costs more. Team is $149 a month for up to 8 leaders. Company is $299 a month for up to 20 leaders. Coach / Advisor is $499 a month for up to 10 client companies.

Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time, and you can ask for an export of your data before you go.
Can we export or delete our data?
Yes. Ask us for an export of your company's data and we'll send it within 30 days. We can also delete it fully on request, within 30 days.
Does it work with our business coach or EOS implementer?
Yes. Turn on coach access and your coach can read your Monday brief and keep private coaching notes. You can turn access off at any time.
Can we start today?
Yes. Sign up, and a short setup has your first check-in ready in about 15 minutes. The 14-day free trial needs no card. Coaches with several clients can tell us about their practice and we'll set up their workspace.
