About

A lighter way to lead a focused team

ClearAim is built for leadership teams of 3 to 20 at companies of 15 to 300 team members. It keeps every leader's week tied to the numbers and outcomes that matter, with one short email.

Why we built it

Small leadership teams deserve a small tool

Most task tools are built for whole companies. For a leadership team of five or ten, something like ClickUp is overkill: boards, custom fields and settings to manage before anyone has written down a single priority.

Meanwhile, the things that actually matter tend to slip. Teams lose the thread on their KPIs a few weeks into the quarter. Leaders unsure what their job is end up busy with good work that doesn't move the outcomes. And the CEO spends Monday morning asking for updates instead of making decisions.

ClearAim is our answer. Every task can tie to a KPI, an outcome and a responsibility in someone's position. One check-in email asks each leader what got done. The CEO gets a clear, upbeat picture on Monday. That's most of it, on purpose.

What we believe

Four ideas behind every screen

  • Focus

A leader should own a handful of KPIs and a few outcomes a quarter, not a wall of them. Fewer things, done well.
  • Clarity

Everyone should know their position, what it's for and which responsibilities are theirs. Clear jobs make clear weeks.
  • Encouragement

Progress first, gaps as distance to go. Wins get noticed out loud. A tool for leaders should feel like a coach in their corner.
  • Short emails

A few lines a week is enough. If an update takes more than a couple of minutes, the tool is asking too much.

Who it's for

Built for teams of 3 to 20

ClearAim fits companies of roughly 15 to 300 team members with a leadership team of 3 to 20: a CEO and the leaders who own sales, operations, finance, product and the rest. It also fits the coaches, EOS-style implementers and fractional COOs who help those teams run.
